Facility Request (instructions)

How to Submit a "Facility Request" to Maintenance
Request must be sent 48 hours before scheduled event

1.Click on the Facility Request icon on deskop, or use the Facility Request link in Staff Portal.

  1. Double click the icon. 

3. Click on the "Schedule Request" tab

4.  Select "Normal Schedule"

 

5. Fill in ALL required information   (Required fields are indicated by a red check mark.)
 

6. Password is "Password" 
 

7. SAVE

     

 

                                                                

 

 

 

The request will be routed to the appropriate Administrator for approval.
You will receive a notice if approved or denied via email.
